Soul Motion

If you’ve ever walked past Wharf One on a full moon, you may have noticed a buzz in the air that follows a feast and yoga under the moon. Jeany Schall is the boss behind Soul Motion, and incorporates her knowledge of nutrition and fitness into creating classes that make you feel strong and happy.



Ashtanga Yoga

At Ashtanga Yoga, you will flow through a practice that involves synchronising the breath through a series of postures (expect a healthy sweat and to detoxify those muscles). After regular practice, you will see results such as improved circulation, a stronger body and a calmer mind.

Active Living – Cairns Regional Council

If you’re not opposed to early starts and love starting your day by the water, then the Cairns Regional Council’s Active Living program is just for you. Make your way down to the Esplanade on Wednesdays and Saturdays for a free yoga class and a cheeky post class breakfast.
